How It Works
From memory to keepsake.
Step 1. Choose your keepsake
Explore the collection and choose the jewellery or holding stone that feels right. Select your preferred size and metal finish, or contact me if you have something more personal or unusual in mind.
Every keepsake is made individually, and custom requests are always welcome.
Step 2. Personalise your design.
Use the Design & Colour Guide to choose your resin colour, finish and special details, including shimmer, metallic flakes, opal accents or gentle glitter. You can also choose whether you would like ashes, fur or hair to remain visible or appear more subtly within the design.
Enter your preferences at checkout. If you are unsure, you can simply describe how you would like the keepsake to feel, and I will gently guide you through the options.
Step 3. Include a piece of them.
At checkout, choose the most suitable way to provide your ashes, fur, hair or other meaningful inclusions:
• Post them to my secure PO Box using the instructions provided after ordering
• Arrange a local handover with me
• Have them safely labelled and held at a partner veterinary clinic for collection
Only a tiny amount is needed. Every inclusion is clearly labelled, stored securely and handled with care from the moment it is received. Anything unused will be returned to you with your completed keepsake.
Step 4. I create your keepsake.
Once your design is confirmed and the inclusions are safely with me, I begin creating your piece in my Narara studio. The resin is carefully poured, the inclusions placed by hand, and the finished piece slowly cured, polished and quality checked.
Most jewellery pieces are completed within three to four weeks. Larger or especially detailed custom pieces may take longer, and I will let you know the expected timeframe.
Your finished keepsake will be carefully packaged and sent with tracking or returned for local collection, together with any unused inclusions. Nothing precious is ever discarded.
