Intake & Holding Fee

This option is for families who think they may like memorial jewellery made, but are not ready to choose a design yet.

The Intake & Holding Fee allows your pet’s ashes or fur to be carefully collected, recorded, and safely held, without any pressure to make further decisions. It exists to give you time and space, while ensuring everything is handled with care and respect.

What this fee covers

• Coordination with your veterinary clinic

• Collection of a small amount of ashes or fur

• Careful documentation and identification

• Secure storage while you consider your options

• Return of any unused ashes or fur with your finished piece

You do not need to choose a jewellery style at this stage. When you feel ready, you can select a design online in your own time, or reach out if you would like quiet guidance. The amount paid for this fee is applied to your final jewellery piece.

• This is a non-refundable intake and holding fee

• Ashes or fur are held securely for up to six months, to give you time to decide on a jewellery design.

• We’ll send a small number of gentle check-ins during the holding period, so you’re not left wondering what happens next.

• Jewellery style, finish, and final pricing are chosen later

• If you choose a higher-value piece or multiple pieces, the remaining balance is paid at the design stage
